Dade County Sheriff's Office does not guarantee that information posted by users is accurate, and disclaims any liability for loss or damages resulting from reliance on any such information.
Dade County Sheriff's Office does not endorse or support any private or commercial entity or the information, products, or services contained on those websites that may be reached through links on our page.
Dade County Sheriff's Office reserves the right to remove any post that does not align with the social media's purpose of serving the public with unbiased, factual information and resources. 
Grounds for removal include postings containing or suggesting any of the following:

In deference to victims, witnesses, and their families, and Community stakeholders, comments that are not directly related to the subject matter posted may be deleted.
We will always refrain from responding on social media to inquiries on active and past emergency calls. This is necessary in order to protect the privacy of the parties involved.
All comments, images, links, and stories posted on the Dade County Sheriff's Office social media, will be reviewed in as timely a manner as possible, and muted or hidden if not in compliance with the policy standard stated above.
